Q: Can I book a table of 10 or more?

A:  Yes , you can book a table of 8 plus two individual tickets in the same transaction.  

If you want to buy 16 tickets, please purchase two tables of 8. 

If you want to buy 20 tickets, please purchase two tables of 8 plus 4 individual tickets in the same transaction.

**You will be seated together if your tickets were all bought in the same transaction.

 

Q: I have just realised my friends are also going, can we sit together?

A: Yes, please email fremantlelongtable@gmail.com with your seating requests.  We will endeavour to sit you together.  Seating requests will be taken up until Friday the  9th of November.

 

 Q:  I don’t drink alcohol – can I get a discounted ticket?

A: No

 

Q: Is there a ticket price for children?

A: No

 

 Q: Is it a set menu?  What can I expect?

A: Yes, it is a 3 course Christmas themed menu.   The main course features Turkey.  Please request the vegetarian option if you don’t eat turkey.

 

Q: I am vegan/vegetarian/ gluten free can you cater for me?

A: Yes, when you buy the tickets you can nominate your dietary preference.

 

Q: Is it BYO?

A: No

 

Q: What drinks are included?  Can I buy cocktails?

A: If you buy the Standard ticket, you will receive wine with dinner.

If you buy the Drinks Package ticket, you will receive Prosecco on arrival and wine or beer throughout the event.

You may buy other drinks from the National Hotel.

 

Q: Will there be EFTPOS available to buy merchandise or other extra drinks?

A: Yes, we will have EFTPOS available.  Please bring cash as well to buy a ticket for the amazing raffle. 

 

Q: How do I get to the venue? 

A: We recommend using public transport or coming by Taxi or Uber as parking will be limited.   Please visit https://www.transperth.wa.gov.au/to plan your journey.

 

Q: Will there be different areas to enter the event to cater for West end seating or East end seating – I don’t want to walk a whole kilometre to my seat…

A: Yes, a few days out from the event we will notify you as to where you are seated and the best point of entry.

 

Q: Can I request my seats to be located on the West end or East end?

A: No

 

Q: What if it rains?

A: In the event of adverse weather the event organisers will be in touch with you with information.  The event may be cancelled or postponed.  In the event of it being cancelled you will receive a refund of the ticket price.

 

Q: I bought a table of 8, but now two of my friends can’t go.  Will you refund my tickets?

A: No, please go to our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=fremantlelongtable to advertise your tickets and conduct a private transaction.
