Empyrean Education Institute is Perth’s leading hospitality training college. With its headquarters in Fremantle and a demonstration kitchen in Perth City, Empyrean offers the best quality hospitality training to students both from the local community and overseas.
We are dedicated to not only provide a good learning environment and facilities for Empyrean students, but to provide a unique experience regardless of their cultural and academic background. Empyrean focuses on hands-on training and established solid industry partnerships with the most prestigious venues in Perth. All Empyrean students go through at least 3 month industry placement as part of their training when they have the opportunity to learn from the industry experts at various 5-stars hotels in Perth.
All Empyrean’s chef trainers are highly qualified and have years of industry experiences in Australia and overseas. They come from a multicultural backgrounds and have insights of culinary systems all around the world. Empyrean celebrates the diverse cultural backgrounds of its staff and students, and encourages students to explore different cuisines and cooking techniques.
Empyrean recently took over the café inside Fremantle Prison. This café serves as a “live” training venue for our hospitality students. It opens 7 days a week, provide quality culinary services to thousands of visitors to Fremantle Prison.
This is the 4th year when Empyrean’s chef trainers and students involve in the food production for the Fremantle Long Table event. We are proud to see all students applying their cookery skills into real life event and give back to the Freo community.
