Born and raised in Treviso, Italy, Alberto Cuzzit brings his international culinary expertise to the Fremantle Long Table Dinner 2023.
Alberto began his career in his home country of Italy and gained a wealth of experience across various restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Dal Vero in Treviso, Gordon Ramsay’s @ Claridge’s in London and the first Armani Hotel worldwide in Dubai, at the Burj Khalifa.
Alberto was involved in the opening of the Conrad Hotel in Seoul, South Korea as Multi-outlet Chef de Cuisine in charge of four venues in 2012. He was appointed the Executive Sous Chef of the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka which he followed with a stint as Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa. During this time, he introduced new dining concepts across multiple venues, stylistic projects, and contributed to a rise in guest satisfaction across the resort.
He joined The Ritz-Carlton, Perth team in late 2021, where he has brought his impressive repertoire of experience to the table of diners from around the world.
