Meet our Chefs – Scott Brannigan
On returning to Perth after time in the UK, Scott took up Head Chef at Balthazar Restraurent & Bar which came with it, a long-established history in Perth dining to uphold.
After 3 years at Balthazar, Scott embraced the opportunity to open Bread in Common in Fremantle which encapsulates his ethos of using seasonal fresh produce.
With the Bread in Common team, Scott recently opened Coogee Common.
The heitage-listed old Coogee hotel is surrounded by a large produce garden that supplies and determines the rstaurants ever changing seasonal menu.
Fremantle and it’s surrounds is where Scott lives and works, so he is naturally keen to assist the community the best way he knows how – with food.
