How can I make sure I'm seated with my friends?
The easiest way is to book all tickets in the same transaction.
If you’ve already booked your tickets separately, please email email@example.com and we’ll do our best to seat you all together. We’ll be taking seating requests until Monday 9 November 2020.
I don't drink alcohol - can I get a discounted ticket?
Is there a ticket price for children?
Sorry, all tickets are the same price, regardless of who they’re purchased for.
What's the menu? What about my special dietary requirements?
We’ll be serving a three-course meal. Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegans will be catered for.
Please let us know if you are gluten free, vegetarian or vegan or have an allergy, firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you have purchased your ticket. We need at least 48hours to notice.
Is the event BYO? What drinks are available?
All Premium tickets include wine and beer with dinner. There will be non alcoholic drinks provided.
Will EFTPOS be available to buy merchandise or extra drinks?
Absolutely! Don’t forget to bring some cash though to make sure you can enter our fantastic raffle!
What's the easiest way to get to the event?
Parking around the event is limited, so please consider alternative travel arrangements. Taxis and ride-sharing services are always a good option, or Fremantle train station is only a few minutes’ walk down the road.
Where's the best place to enter the event?
Once we’ve locked in where you’ll be sitting a few days before the dinner, we’ll send you an email to let you know where your table is and where the closest entry will be.
Can I request a specific location for my table?
With an event the size of the Long Table, it’s not possible to seat everyone exactly where they’d like. Rest assured though, there are no bad seats along the table!
What about COVID?
In the event of cancellation due to COVID, the event will be rescheduled with ticket holders given the option of a refund or to wait for the rescheduled date or donate their ticket cost.
What happens if it rains?
If there’s anything that looks like it will impact the ability of the Long Table to go ahead, we’ll be in touch via the email associated with your tickets.
The event may be postponed, but if it’s cancelled you’ll receive a full refund.
I can't go anymore? Will you refund my tickets?
We aren’t able to refund tickets, unfortunately, but you are more than welcome to head to our Facebook page and privately sell your tickets. There are always plenty of people who miss out and would love to make use of your tickets.
